Sessions are charged on an hourly basis
Private Client
Some clients choose to attend sessions without using a Private Health Fund, please email or contact us if you would like further information regarding fee options prior to engagement.
Private Health Insurance Fund Rebates
Private Health Funds: Medibank Private, AHM, AHRG health funds such as St Luke’s Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Service Health, Phoenix Health, CUA health, AIA Health and Teachers Union Health may be eligible for a benefit and may vary in their rebatable amount, depending on your level of cover. It is recommended that clients contact their Private Health Insurance Provider to ascertain if they are eligible for a rebate and the amount of rebate they can expect per session.
The counselling sessions are not covered by mental health plans and are not eligible for Medicare rebates.
Cancellation of counselling appointments
We understand that appointment cancellations and rescheduling are often needed, and you may do so by giving us a call at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. . Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of your appointment time or failure to attend your scheduled appointment, will incur the full fee.
